Q: I can't get any sound.
 A: Check that voices are installed. to install voices, it is necessary to have chosen then at installation.

Q: I did install the voices, but I still can't get any sound.
 A: Check in the PDA parameters that sound level is not at zero (Access the parameters settings through the Windows menu).

Q: Rectangles are displayed instead of Chinese characters.
 A: The Chinese fonts were probably not installed. Re-install the sofware checking the "Chinese font" box.

Q: How do I get my licence code ?
 A: When buying on-line, once your payment is accepted, a code a given to you. Carefully write down that code, as well as the user name that you chose (taking into account lower/upper case, blanks and accentuated characters).

Q: How do I enter my licence code ?
 A: When you first attempt to use WuYuYo, it will ask you for your user name and licence code. You need to enter the name that you gave when purchasing on-line (taking into account lower/upper case, blanks and accentuated characters), as well as the code that was given to you then.

Q: I don't have enough memory on my PDA to install WuYuYo
 A: Several methods may be used:
     1. Increase memory reserved for programs in the Parameters (Item « System », icon « Memory », « Main Menu »).
     2. Install only the sound files for those languages that you will actually use. Sound files use much memory. At installation, you may choose to install only those languages that you will use. You can download and install other languages later as your licence entitles you to do.
     3. Buy a memory extension card (SD card or CF card). Those cards allow you to increase significantly the memory capacity of your PDA. Automatic installation of sound files still gives you the choice of the place where you want them to be stored.

Q: Do I have to install Chinese fonts ?
 A: Chinese fonts are necessary for those PDAs that do not have them pre-installed, which is the case of most PDAs sold outside Asia. They are of course only necessary if you are interested in using the Chinese language functions. To install Chinese fonts, you need only check the "Chinese fonts" box at installation.

Q: I lost my licence code, how can I get it back ?
 A: Send an e-mail to technical support giving your identity, your user name and the date of your purchase. The code will then be e-mailed again to you.

Q: How can I update to the latest version ?
 A: You need only download the latest version on the WuYuYo Web site.
